Our Summer Trail Running Series continues this Sunday! If you're around this weekend, please join us for one of our favorite runs through the Manassas National Battlefield Park.
Parking will be at the Henry Hill Visitor Center.
To try and beat the heat, we'll meet at the Visitor Center at 7:30 and get moving no later than 7:45 (sharp!)
There are a total of 9 "loops" in the park to choose from, but we'll probably stick to either the 5.2 or 6.6 mile loop.
Important note – due to the inherent tripping hazard in trail running, we encourage (/politely insist) that no one runs alone. Just in case a root or a rock pops out of nowhere! (It happens!)
As always, each runner is responsible for carrying their own hydration and nutrition.
