New Month = New Ideas!
This Saturday we’re going to take the long-run on a field trip, running down the C&O Canal.
We’re aiming for a point-to-point, starting at Blockhouse Point Conservation Park, and heading to the Georgetown Waterfront. The total distance is about 18.4 miles, give or take a mile or two, and there are some VERY scenic sights along the way.
As always, it’s your pace, but I can tell you that this is intended to be a relaxed-pace run.

Alternatively, if some want to come out to do a shorter run (out and back vice point-to-point) that’s the perfect time to arrange that too.
