Keeping with the tradition of running for food – Our first long run of March will be an out and back from the world famous* Buford’s Biscuits in Leesburg.
There’s a parking lot right across Loudoun Street from Buford’s that has free parking on Sundays. We’ll meet there, hit the W&OD (optional detour to see Dylan’s dirt pile), and run about 6 miles out, work up an appetite, then return for a tasty brunch.
As always, every individual is encouraged to go at their own pace for the distance that works into their training.
This is an unsupported long-run so hydration and nutrition should be carried by each individual for their own training needs.
